China Haida Ltd. (formerly known as Comat Industrial Ltd., "the Company"), a Singapore investment holding company was listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST since November 2004. On 18 October 2006, the Company was renamed China Haida Ltd. to reflect its quality ‘Haida' brand of aluminium panels which are being manufactured and marketed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangyin Litai Decorative Materials Co., Ltd (collectively, the "Group" ).

Our subsidiary, established in 1997 by our founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Xu Youcai, and based in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province in the PRC, is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of the ‘Haida' brand Aluminium Composite Panels and Aluminium Single Panels that offer modern, creative and practical design possibilities for various applications in the building and construction industries.

A leading manufacturer of aluminium panels in the PRC, we are capable of manufacturing a wide range of aluminium panels according to customers' specifications and needs. Our products are suitable for use in various interior and exterior applications such as curtain walls, wall claddings, facades, ceilings, roof edgings, column claddings, shop fronts, partitions, furniture, stairways and elevators.
