We refer to our announcement (Announcement No. 00110) made on today, 3 April 2007 relating to the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Please be informed that there is a clerical error in that item 2 "To declare a Final (tax-exempt one-tier) Dividend of 1.95 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2006" was omitted. The above proposed final dividend had been announced on 28 February 2007 (Announcement No. 00326) under "Unaudited Full Year Financial Statement And Dividend Announcement For The Year Ended 31December 2006".
